Dheeraj Kumar to play lead role in 'Gundaa'

Dheeraj Kumar: The talent Punjabi actor has added yet another interesting project to his list of upcoming Punjabi movies.

Actor Dheeraj Kumar has signed his fourth upcoming Punjabi movie titled 'Gundaa'. The development was made public by Dheeraj himself on his social media platform Instagram account.

Inder Sohi, who has earlier directed music videos for numerous renowned singers and has a couple of unreleased films as a director in 'Musafir' and 'Terian Mohabbtan Ne Maar Sutteya' under his belt, will be directing the movie. Other than playing the role of a director, Sohi has also written its script.

Slated to release in 2021, Gundaa is expect to be an action-packed project - a genre in which Dheeraj has thrived in the last year. Other than disclosing that the movie will be released under the banners of Seerat Productions and Omjee Star Studios, the makers haven't revealed many details as of now.

Having played a lead role for the first time in Royal Singh's 'Amaanat' in December 2019, Dheeraj was subsequently seen playing pivotal roles in Rakesh Mehta's 'Ik Sandhu Hunda Si' and Humble Motion Pictures' Amar Hundal-directed web-series titled 'Warning'.

With Warning already converted into a film, Dheeraj now has four upcoming movies under his kitty namely 'Defaulter', 'Kala Shehar' and Gundaa.
