Punjabi cinema is growing each day and is becoming more content oriented and substance driven. New genres are being explored and the makers are becoming more experimental. Every other day a new film is being announced. The most recent announcement is of a sequel of the superhit film Goreyan Nu Daffa Karo. The title of the sequel is Goreyan Nu Daffa Karo 2.
This film is the most recent entry to the long list of sequels that are being made- including Rabb Da Radio 2, Nikka Zaildar 3, Ardaas 2, Laavaan Phere 2, Manje Bistre 2 and Daddy Cool Munde Fool 2. The film will be a comedy movie like the first part and we are guessing that this one will also revolve around a similar concept. The starcast and the release date of the movie has not been announced yet. Amrinder Gill’s fans are hoping, that like the first part which had made it big in 2014, the sequel also stars Gill in the main lead.
The movie is being made under the banner of Speed Records, Pitaara Talkies and Omjee Group. The announcement of the film was made today on the official Instagram handle of the Omjee Group. The news has already created a lot of buzz and the fans are eagerly waiting for more details about the film.
