'Jora - The Second Chapter' announced; to release in November 2019

‘Jora – The Second Chapter’ announced: After much deliberation, the sequel of Jora 10 Numbaria has been announced by Bathinde Wale Bai Films.

Just when we had published an article regarding Deep Sidhu making bold choices in terms of sticking to an infrequent genre in the Punjabi film industry, here is an announcement which has given us truckloads of excitement and probably will leave you with the same.

Amardeep Singh Gill‘s ‘Jora 10 Numbaria‘ had released last year. As far as facets of film-making are concerned, the movie was exceptional in all its aspects to the extent that it was later available on Netflix, which speaks highly about its overall quality.

During the promotions of the the movie, there were clear talks regarding the sequel. Given the way it didn’t work at the box-office, thoughts of the sequel being shelved must have crossed many people’s mind. That being said, with the latest development in the form of this announcement, one can be rest assured about the well-deserved sequel now.

‘Jora – The Second Chapter’ (name on the recently released poster), will also be directed by Amardeep Singh Gill. While the complete cast of the movie hasn’t been disclosed as yet, it is confirmed that Sidhu will be playing the lead role. The movie is scheduled to release on November 22, 2019.
