From comedy movies to action thrillers to love dramas, the Punjabi cinema has beautifully captured all the genres of film making and has been continuously widening its scope in terms of concepts, stories and ideas. After the long Covid break, the Punjabi industry has been witnessing back to back film announcements and movie releases.

Adding to the long list of movie announcements, a  new film has been announced. The title of the movie is Zeba. The film will be a love drama and will be based on a true love story. Love stories are timeless, and 'Zeba' will portray an exquisite love story packed with romance and a touch of drama.

The movie is being presented by Mika Singh and is being made under the banners of All Time Movies Pvt Ltd Production in association with Shri Om Sai Production and Preet Panesar Films. The film is being directed by the 'Nadhoo Khan' director Imran Sheikh and has been written by Daljeet Singh Kalsi. 'Zeba' is being bankrolled by Harpreet Singh Devgan, Maninder Singh, Nishant Sood, Ritu Sharma, Yadwinder Singh Grewal and Preet Panesar. 

The first poster of the movie is out and suggests that the film will showcase an intense love drama. The first poster features the starcast of the movie. The starcast of the film includes a lineup of polished artists including Daljeet Singh Kalsi, Preeti Panesar, Anita Devgan, Pawan Malhotra, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Jasbir Jassi, Iftikhar Thakur, Baninder Bunny, Jaswant Singh Rathore and many more. 

Music plays a big part in any love drama movie and celebrated artists including Mika Singh, Milind Gaba, Kaptaan Laadi and Geeta Jhala will give the music to this upcoming project. The release date and the details of the movie have not been disclosed yet. The shooting of the film will soon commence in London. The film will be distributed worldwide by the Omjee Star Studios.
