Canada based film director Aditya Sood is all geared up for his next directorial project, which is all set to release this month. The title of the film is Teri Meri Jodi and it will hit the screens on 13 September this year. With this film, Aditya Sood, who had earlier written and directed ‘Mar Jawan Gur Khake’ (2010) and ‘Oye Hoye Pyaar Ho Gaya’ (2013), will make his comeback in the Punjabi industry after a long gap of six years.
Other than directing, Aditya Sood has also written the story, screenplay and the dialogues of the movie. The film will be based on love, relations and friendships. Aditya Sood is stepping into his field of forte with this movie. The director has always worked on different ideas and is very excited for this one too. Aditya Sood, who has lived a whole new life while directing the film, believes that the audience will have a unique and different experience while watching the movie.
The highlight of the film is that the popular and one of the most loved singers of the industry- Sidhu Moosewala will be seen making his acting debut with this film. Moose Wala will be appearing in a short sequence in the movie. The fans are super excited to see him on the silver screen. Debutant actors Sammy Gill and Monica Sharma will be seen playing the lead role in the movie. Apart from the them, King B Chouhan, Arash Purba and Jazzy Lee Ballerini will also be seen in the movie. While Chouhan and Gill are renowned YouTubers, Sharma has acted in various Hindi TV shows. Veteran actors in Yograj Singh and Shakti Kapoor will also be seen playing vital roles in the movies.
The film is being made under Aditya’s own production house- Aditya’s Films. The movie is being bankrolled by Harmandeep Sood. Aditya Sood has always given a platform to new artists in all his previous films and is doing the same in this movie as well. He will be introducing about half a dozen new actors with this film.
The film will be a romantic drama and will exhibit two contemporary love stories. The makers promise to bring something new and different in this film and have promulgated that the movie can be enjoyed with the whole family.
