Ammy Virk and Tania: The pair is all set to work together as co-actors for the fourth time in a Punjabi movie.
Singer-turned-actor Ammy Virk and actor Tania have signed yet another movie together. While the movie is yet to receive a title, Virk and Tania have already started shooting for it.
Director Simerjit Singh, who had last directed Virk and Wamiqa Gabbi-starer 'Nikka Zaildar 3', is directing the untitled movie which is being produced under the banners of Saregama, Simerjit Singh Production and Ammy Virk Production.
Readers must note that renowned music label Saregama will be foraying into the Punjabi film industry for the first time with this movie. Saregama, who make films under the banner of Yodlee Films, had announced a movie with superstar Amrinder Gill earlier this year.
With social media posts regarding that movie deleted now, it seems the project with Gill has been shelved. Another possibility could be that Simerjit Singh, who was slated to direct that movie as well, might have roped in Virk as Gill's replacement to the same script.
In addition to the Nikka Zaildar series, it is worth mentioning that Simerjit and Ammy have worked together in the latter's debut movie titled 'Angrej' (2015) and 'Muklawa' (2019).
Not as many as times as Ammy but Tania has also worked with Simerjit in his unreleased movie titled 'Daddy Cool Munde Fool 2'. Both Ammy and Tania were last seen in Jagdeep Sidhu's 'Qismat 2'.
In addition to the aforementioned co-actors, this movie will also be witnessing veteran actor Guggu Gill in a pivotal role.
