India’s live music scene is seeing a striking difference in premium concert pricing, with Arijit Singh’s upcoming tour offering a hospitality package worth Rs 11.8 lakh, while Diljit Dosanjh’s costliest reported ticket for his Aura tour is priced at around Rs 18,000.
The difference largely comes down to what each price includes. Arijit’s highest-priced offer is a hospitality table for 15 people rather than an individual concert ticket, while Diljit’s reported top-end price is for a VIP lounge experience.
Arijit Singh’s Premium Package Costs Rs 11.8 Lakh
The hospitality package is listed for Arijit’s Mumbai concert on February 20, 2027, and his Delhi show on March 27, 2027. The Mumbai performance is scheduled at Mahalaxmi Racecourse.
Divided equally among 15 guests, the package works out to approximately Rs 78,667 per person. The final individual cost would depend on how the group shares the overall price.
According to the supplied report, ThumpN, the tour’s official ticketing partner, is offering premium packages across cities in the range of Rs 7 lakh to Rs 10 lakh, alongside the highest-priced hospitality option.
Reported benefits include couch seating, premium alcoholic beverages and a dedicated content creator to film Instagram Reels. These additions place the package in a different category from conventional concert admission.
For fans seeking a more affordable option, general admission tickets are reported to start at Rs 1,999.
Nine Cities on Arijit’s 2027 Tour
Announced on October 5, Arijit’s tour will mark 20 years of his career. The singer is scheduled to perform in nine cities between January and May 2027.
The announced schedule is as follows:
- Ahmedabad: January 9
- Chandigarh: January 23
- Jaipur: February 7
- Mumbai: February 20
- Bengaluru: March 13
- New Delhi: March 27
- Pune: April 10
- Indore: May 1
- Hyderabad: May 15
The opening concert is planned at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, while the Delhi performance is scheduled at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
Diljit Dosanjh’s Aura Tour Has a Different Price Ceiling
Diljit Dosanjh’s upcoming Aura tour has a substantially lower reported maximum ticket price. His VIP lounge ticket is priced at Rs 17,999, according to the supplied information.
The India leg of the tour is scheduled to begin in November 2026, with performances planned across five cities. The Delhi concert has been moved to October 30 following an appeal by an MP, according to reports cited in the source material.
Unlike Arijit’s highest-priced hospitality package, which accommodates a group of 15, Diljit’s VIP lounge price represents a premium ticket option.
Two Tours, Different Concert Experiences
The headline figures highlight how premium live music experiences can vary significantly in pricing. Arijit’s Rs 11.8 lakh offer is designed around group hospitality and additional services, whereas Diljit’s Rs 17,999 ticket provides access to a premium concert category.
For audiences comparing the two tours, the advertised maximum price alone does not tell the whole story. Package size, seating arrangements, hospitality benefits and standard ticket prices all influence the overall cost of attending a performance.
With both singers attracting large audiences, their upcoming tours also illustrate the range of options available in India's live entertainment market, from general admission to high-end group packages.
