A Packet full of Love, emotions & drama will be available in upcoming Punjabi movie Arjan, this film brings out the best of performances in the Punjab film industry. White Hill Production, the premiere Production house of Punjabi Cinema joins hands with Real World Entertainment who are shooting their maiden Punjabi Venture which stars renowned singer & actor Roshan Prince, Prachi Tehlan – A national level basketball player, Hobby Dhaliwal, Shivender Mahal, Niraml Rishi & BN Sharma. The film will be directed by Manduip Singh, who has previously directed Just U & Me & Punjabian Da King.
Manduip Singh, the Director has written the story also, along with Nihal Purba who in association with him has penned down the screenplay and dialogues of the film. Manduip Singh, Director said, “We can’t reveal much about the story at the moment but the film is surely going to make a mark. I believe film-making is the greatest art and there is an unlimited scope of experiment and innovation, so I am ready and confident to be the director of this movie”. Rajesh Bhatt, Creative Producer added, “This is my first punjabi movie and I am very happy to be associated with this project & looking forward for something good in Punjabi cinema”.
Puneet Chopra, the Producer said, “I am very enthusiastic and happy to work with this wonderful team & is relying on the talent of the whole team and is confident of getting success”.
From White Hill Production, Param Oberoi, the CEO of WHP was available for comment & he said, “Yes, we have tied up with Real World Entertainment as the Presenters of Arjan. White Hill is always known for films that have content, entertainment value & production value at the same time. We are excited to be on board & the script of Arjan is the real hero here. It’s quite interesting & we are delighted to be on board for this film and the film will release on March 31, 2017.”
Roshan Prince, the lead actor said “It is an unusual script, the character is quite close to the real life and this will be another platform for me to show my real self”. Prachi Tehlan, the lead actress, also added, “I have been playing basketball on a national level and had little interest in this tinsel town but now very happy to start my movie career with this movie as this being my debut, I am looking forward to mark my presence in the Punjabi movie industry”.
Music will be composed by Jassi Katyal & Gurcharan Singh. The lyrics are by Happy Raikoti, Sanjay Glory, Simranjit Singh Hundal, Dalbir Sarobad. Singers like Roshan Prince, Nooran Sisters, Prabh Gill & Nimrat Khaira have lent their melodious and soulful voices to the songs.
The film will be shot in Punjab, Chandigarh & Malaysia during a 35-40 day schedule.
