Popular rapper Badshah has broken his silence over reports that claimed he was fined ?15,000 for driving on the wrong side of the road in Gurugram. Clarifying the matter on Instagram, the rapper denied the allegations, asserting that he was not even driving the vehicle in question.

In his post, Badshah stated, “Bhai, Thar toh hai bhi nai mere pass, na mai drive kar raha tha us din. I was being driven in a white Vellfire and we always drive responsibly, chahe gaadiyan chahe game.”

To further clear the air, Badshah’s team released an official statement. It read, “We are issuing this statement to address recent defamatory reports and false accusations. These allegations regarding a traffic violation are completely untrue. Badshah was not driving or involved in any such incident.”

The incident reportedly followed a Karan Aujla concert on December 15, 2024, in the Delhi NCR region. Earlier reports suggested that a Mahindra Thar, allegedly driven by Badshah, was at the center of the controversy.

Badshah’s clarification and team’s statement have firmly denied any wrongdoing, highlighting his commitment to driving responsibly.
