Bhoot Ji: Ace actor Binnu Dhillon has been roped in to play the lead role in what looks like an unconventional Punjabi movie.

Director-turned-producer Smeep Kang has announced his upcoming Punjabi movie titled 'Bhoot Ji'. Known for making some of the best comedy films in the Punjabi film industry, Kang doesn't seem to be leaving his most preferred genre.

However, Bhoot Ji will see him directing a horror comedy which will both scare the audience and make them laugh at the same time. It is worth mentioning that the same is an unconventional subject in the Punjabi film industry.

While the whole cast hasn't been announced at this point in time, Bhoot Ji will once again witness Kang working with actor Binnu Dhillon.

Having last worked together twice last year in 'Band Vaaje' and 'Naukar Vahuti Da', the duo already has as many as four unreleased films namely 'Gol Gappe', 'Welcome Bhua Ji', 'Phattey Dinde Chak Punjabi' and 'Hera Pheri'. Apart from these aforementioned movies, Dhillon will also be seen in the future in another movie titled 'Jagga 7/51'.

Bhoot Ji

Bhoot Ji will be produced by Balvinder Kaur Dhillon and Kang himself under the banners of Prasen Films Pvt. Ltd. and Smeep Kang Productions. Set to hit the cinema halls on June 11, 2021, Bhoot Ji will be distributed worldwide by Omjee Star Studios.
