Bigg Boss 20 is witnessing growing tensions inside the house, with friendships and equations among contestants increasingly becoming a talking point. Amid the ongoing drama, Love Gill’s sister, Gursimran Kaur, has come out in support of her sister and criticised the way her friendship with Amrapali Dubey is being discussed by others.
Since entering the Bigg Boss house, Love has been making an effort to connect with her fellow contestants. However, Gursimran feels that her sister’s attempts to form genuine friendships are being unnecessarily turned into sources of controversy and entertainment.
Her reaction came after Mahhi Vij commented on Love and Amrapali’s growing bond. Gursimran defended the friendship, describing it as genuine and innocent, while questioning why it was being given a different interpretation.
In a strongly worded statement, Gursimran said that it was “heartbreaking” to watch Love genuinely try to make friends while others appeared more interested in creating content for the cameras. She added that Love has always valued deep and meaningful friendships and believes she may have found one with Amrapali inside the house.
Gursimran also objected to comments suggesting that Love and Amrapali could eventually marry and live together. Calling the remark inappropriate, she said that viewing a simple friendship between two women through such a lens reflected more on the person making the comment than on the two friends themselves.
She further expressed disappointment over what she described as a derogatory remark made by Aman about Love and another woman. According to Gursimran, it was equally troubling that other contestants present at the time did not challenge the comment.
Gursimran concluded by hoping that Love would be able to distinguish between contestants who genuinely want to build friendships and those who may be using relationships inside the house for visibility and footage.
With tensions continuing to build in the Bigg Boss 20 house, Love and Amrapali’s friendship could now become another talking point among viewers as contestants’ personal equations come under increasing scrutiny.
