Race is one of the most popular Bollywood franchises, and when producer Kumar Taurani announced the third installment, Bollywood fans couldn’t contain their excitement. And what added to the hype was the inclusion of Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez in the star cast.
And now, the makers have revealed that Poster Boys actor Bobby Deol will also be joining the lead cast. Earlier reports had suggested that Emraan Hashmi may be cast in the hit franchise alongside Salman and even Sidharth Malhotra’s name had cropped up for the same.
But now quashing all rumours, producer Ramesh Taurani tweeted, “Welcome to the family #BobbyDeol @BeingSalmanKhan @Asli_Jacqueline #Race3 #Eid2018.” When asked about Bobby’s character in the film, Taurani added, “In Race, all characters are grey.

You will have to watch the film to figure out what exactly each one is playing.” There were rumours of Sidharth, Emraan, Amitabh Bachchan being roped in for the film, but Taurani rubbished it as mere rumors . “Many names are floating around but only these three actors are confirmed.

The rest will be announced whenever they are confirmed,” said the producer. Helmed by choreographer-turned-director Remo D’Souza, Race 3 is part of one of the most successful film franchise in Bollywood currently.
