Owing to a great response to it’s trailer, Punjabi Film Angrej is expected to perform strongly at the box office. The trailer had created a huge buzz for the movie and people from all spheres have appreciated it.

First Day First Shows

First Day First Shows of Angrej are getting a humongous response in multiplexes all over Punjab. Some screens are sold out while others are mostly packed. The occupancy levels are high for the first day first shows all around Punjab. Love in 1945, the theme of the movie has instigated a huge craze among the audience.

Day 1

Amrinder Gill starrer Angrej did wonders on Day 1 at the box office. People in large number visited the cinemas to watch the movie. The average occupancy levels for day 1 were around 95%. Munish Sahni, the domestic distributor for the film revealed the first day box office figures to Punjabi Mania. According to Munish, Angrej did business of Rs 1.35 throughout the country on Day 1.

Day 2

Seeing the response to the movie, PVR properties in Punjab have increased the total number of shows on Day 2 for the movie. And the collections for day 2 are expected to climb even higher.
