Jatt and Juliet 2 has created havoc in East Punjab and smashed all records by a distance. The 1 crore nett mark has been crossed by a distance and the collections are nearly double any Punjabi film released this year and 50% higher than the previous opening day record which was Jatt and Juliet at 77 lakhs. The all India collections were 1.25 crore nett with rest of India adding 11 lakhs on a few screenings. The top Punjabi opening days in East Punjab circuit are as follows:
1. Jatt And Juliet 2 – 1,14,00,000
2. Jatt and Juliet – 77,00,000
3. Carry On Jatta – 62,00,000
4. Lucky Di Unlucky Story – 61,00,000
5. Mirza – 60,00,000
6. Singh v/s Kaur – 47,00,000
