Box Office: Main Teri Tu Mera, Punjabi Movie

Day 1

This Roshan Prince starrer opened to a mixed response at the Box Office. The lack of some strong promotional activity costed the film a required strong opening. The film collected a mere Rs. 22,00,000 on Day 1.

Day 2

The film failed to show any growth on Saturday. There was hardly any word of mouth publicity which could bring in the crowds on Saturday. 2 Bollywood films: Rustom & Happy Bhag Jayegi remained the 1st choice of the Audiences. The film collected a mere Rs. 25,00,000 on Saturday in East Punjab region taking it’s 2 day total to Rs. 47,00,000 gross in East Punjab region.

Day 3

Main Teri Tu Mera showed growth on Sunday but the growth wasn’t good enough to take the weekend total in 7-figures. The film has got low costs in comparison to many of the films, but still the film will not be able to recover it’s budget. The film has not been able to show growth in the A tier cities. The film collected Rs. 35,00,000 gross in East Punjab on 1st Sunday taking it’s 3 day total in the region to Rs. 82,00,000 in 3 days.

Day 4

The film fell drastically on Day 4 collecting a mere Rs 11,00,000. The 4 day total of the film in East Punjab region is Rs. 93,00,000.

Day 5

The film collected Rs. 10,00,000 on it’s 1st Tuesday.  The 5 day total of the film in East Punjab region is Rs. 1,03,00,000.

Day 6

The film collected Rs. 9,00,000 on it’s 1st Wednesday.  The 6 day total of the film in East Punjab region is Rs. 1,12,00,000.
