Day one was not a great day for Punjabi Movie Control Bhaji Control. With Singham Returns and Entertainment already running and Mardani releasing on the same day, the movie got few shows at the multiplexes. And even these few shows failed to attract audience as the occupancy rates for them were low too. The first day was of poor business for the movie.
