The biggest announcement of the year has arrived. Carry On Jatta 2 is finally happening. Yes, after the grand success of Manje Bistre, Gippy Grewal has offered his fans with yet another good news. The film will return with it’s original cast members including Gippy Grewal himself alongside Gurpreet Ghuggi, Jaswinder Bhalla, Binnu Dhillon, Rana Ranbir and Karamjit Anmol to name a few.

The film will be directed by Smeep Kang itself who also has written the story of the film. The dialogues are by Naresh Kathooria and the screenplay will be helmed by Vaibhav Suman and Shreya Srivastava. One change this time is that instead of being Gippy’s home production the film will be produced by none other than Gunbir Singh Sidhu and Manmord Sidhu of White Hill Studios.

The film is expected to go on floors in August this year. Param Oberoi, the CEO of White Hill Studios spoke to Punjabi Mania on this occasion and said, “We are very delighted to be associated with a brand like Carry On Jatta. White Hill has delivered quality films in the past and we will continue to do that in future as well. The film will go on floors soon and we will announce things as they are finalized.”
