Carry On Jatta 3 Review

Starting with the story of Carry On Jatta 3, a successful family man Jass (Gippy Grewal), the son of Advocate Dhillon (Jaswinder Bhalla), is in love with Meet (Sonam Bajwa), but her maternal uncles, Dilawar (Nasir Chinyoti) and Harby Sangha argue with Dhillon. As a result, Dhillon declines Meet's proposal to marry Jass. With nothing else to do, Jass devises a crazy scheme to ask his friend Goldy's wife, Daljeet (Kavita Kaushik), to be his next and only option. If he couldn't make his father love Meet, the plan was to make him despise Daljeet so intensely that his disdain for Meet would seem insignificant in comparison. But as the saying goes, man plans, and God laughs.

The story was quite interesting and hilarious, especially the punches. The writer of the film Naresh Kathooria has added many new punches and dialogues that keep us on the edge of our seats with the situational comedy. The second half especially the climax has made this film worth watching.

Speaking of the acting, starting with the star of Carry On Jatta 3 Gippy Grewal, did his level best to unfold a perfect and ultimate confusion that makes you roll on the floor with laughter.

Sonam Bajwa has come a long way from her previous films. She has been the ultimate beauty on big screens and has been looking perfect with Gippy Grewal.

Karamjit, who plays the bumbling brother-in-law of Dhillon, is refreshing in the experimentation of looks and dialect.

Additionally, Jaswinder Bhalla, Binnu Dhillon, Harby Sangha and the cameo of BN Sharma have put lives in the screenplay and story of Carry On Jatta 3.

The film’s new addition Kavita Kaushik, Nasir Chinyoti and Shinda Grewal took the movie to cloud nine. Being a kid, Shinda has taught a lot from his acting.

Having said that, Carry on Jatta 3 director Smeep Kang recognises what made the original film work and recreates those moments. Still, father and son, Jaswinder and Gippy are solicitors. Further, "Mai aai kala coat away in naayi paaya"  and “Saali Gandi Aulaad”, the punchline for the well-known exchange, which is also present means drum roll for the fans of the first film.

Further, the neat editing and crisp dialogues steal the recognition solely. The one that needs the highest praise is Sonam Bajwa and Gippy Grewal's costumes. All the attires and the camera's focus on Sonam Bajwa’s luminous charms added extra oomph to the personality.

The songs are upbeat, and you'll catch yourself singing them as you leave the theatre. All the songs were already out except one and we are sure that we will also see the daylight super soon.

All in all, the film is a family entertainer. It will keep you engaged with its rib-tickling dialogues and punches and will not keep you bored for a minute.
