Chal Mera Putt 2 release date: Rhythm Boyz Entertainment have announced the re-release date of their movie titled 'Chal Mera Putt 2'.

Janjot Singh's 'Chal Mera Putt 2' had only been played in the cinema halls for a couple of days when a dreaded announcement regarding the closing of cinema halls had been made to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the country.

It was in May last year that superstar Amrinder Gill had announced the re-release of Chal Mera Putt 2 upon the return of normalcy. While Gill hadn't talked about the expected date back in the day, no further updates definitely left the audiences in a limbo regarding the re-release of the movie.

“Chal Mera Putt 2 received a fantastic response from audiences on the first two days but then the lockdown was announced. Our money is at stake at the moment and we have decided to re-release the movie [in cinemas] once normalcy resumes,” Gill was quoted as saying by 5AAB TV.

In what has come a massive development with respect to the Punjabi film industry, Rhythm Boyz Entertainment have now announced the re-release date of Chal Mera Putt 2.

According to Gill's Instagram post, Chal Mera Putt 2 will hit the silver screen yet again on August 27. An additional piece of information for fans lies in the fact that the movie has been updated to some extent as actor Amanat Chan will also be seen playing a pivotal role in the movie.
