Amrinder Gill and Simi Chahal to play lead: Rhythm Boyz Entertainment have announced their next Punjabi movie titled ‘Chal Mera Putt’.
In the Punjabi film industry, no one surprises you like renowned production house Rhythm Boyz Entertainement does. Like literally!
The production house announced their upcoming movie a couple of hours ago. While the same isn’t surprising, the fact that the movie has been scheduled to release on July 26 is unequivocally surprising.
Titled ‘Chal Mera Putt’, the movie will see Amrinder Gill and Simi Chahal playing the lead role. What has come as a source of amazement in the cast of the movie is the presence of three illustrious Pakistani actors in Iftikhar Thakur, Nasir Chinyoti and Akram Udaas.
While the Punjabi audiences have watched the talented actors from across the border on YouTube, watching them on the celluloid has it in it to allure a significant crowd to the cinema halls on July 26.
Chal Mera Putt will mark the directorial debut of Janjot Singh, who has earlier worked as an assistant director and been part of the production team in several Punjabi movies. The movie will be distributed worldwide by Munish Sahni from Omjee Group.
It is worth mentioning that the last week of July has been extremely fortunate for Rhythm Boyz. Helmed by Karaj Gill and Amrinder Gill himself, they have been releasing super-hit movies on the last week of July since the since 2015. The movies which have done well for them in July are ‘Angrej‘ (2015), ‘Bambukat‘ (2016), ‘Vekh Baraatan Challiyan‘ (2017) and ‘Ashke‘ (2018).
Before Chal Mera Putt, Rhythm Boyz are all set to release their movie titled ‘Laiye Je Yaarian‘ on this Wednesday (June 5).
