'Chal Mera Putt’ will be bag of humour with a tinge of drama

There is nothing more heartwarming than watching artists overcoming the differences made by geographical boundaries. There is no doubt in the fact that the Punjabis from both India and Pakistan are united by their values, language and their love for Punjabi cinema. Rhythm Boyz Entertainment in association with Gillz Network and Omjee Star Studios is coming up with a film which stars actors from both the Indian Punjabi industry and from the Pakistani cinema. Stars across the border will collaborate with each other to treat the fans with a family entertainer.

The title of the film is Chal Mera Putt. Popular Punjabi singer and actor Amrinder Gill will be playing the main lead in the film. The Rabb Da Radio and Daana paani fame actress Simi Chahal will play the female lead opposite Amrinder Gill in the movie. The stellar starcast of the film includes polished and illustrious artists from both India and Pakistan including Iftikhar Thakur, Nasir Chinyoti, Akram Udas, Gurshabad and Hardeep Gill. Having this collaboration despite of the tension between both the countries is a commendable effort by both the industries.

The film is being bankrolled by Karaj Singh and Ashu Munish Sahni. The film has been directed by Janjot Singh and will hit the screens on 26 July this year. Rakesh Dhawan has written the story of the movie and Sandeep Patil is the dop of the film.

The movie will a comedy drama and a complete entertainer. The story of the film will be a about a bunch of indians and Pakistanis who struggle to make a living in a foreign land. The film has been shot in the United Kingdom. The film will show their journey and the lifelong friendships that they build while overcoming the problems in the foreign country. The cast of the film makes it evident that the the film will be a light hearted comedy. The trailer of the film is getting a stupendous response and the fans are eagerly looking forward to the film.
