Chaupal is one of the newer OTT platforms in the entertainment market. In not much time, Chaupal has gained great popularity with its selective choices of good content. From web series to short movies to feature films, Chaupal is covering it all and acing it in every field. Promoting regional content, Chaupal has become very popular in the North and the platform is steadily increasing its audience base by bringing new and entertaining content from time to time.

Punjabi Movie Business is not just restricted to Punjab but is spread across the world. In today’s time, many Punjabi films are getting produced outside India. The trend of Punjabi films getting shot abroad is not new for the Punjabi industry. The homegrown OTT Chaupal, after creating a good domestic reach, has ventured into the foreign market to expand its production capacity.

Chaupal has begun shooting its first project ‘Hawa’ in the United Kingdom with actors Gurjazz, Hashneen Chauhan and Honey Mattu. The movie has been written by Ajay Kumar and is being directed by Paramjit Singh. It is a comic flick revolving around three main characters with a unique story.

Chaupal Original ‘Hawa’ will tentatively be released in February 2023. With new actors and a new theme, the film is expected to enrich the comedy experiences of the Punjabi audience. The film is all geared to create a blast on all media platforms. Not many details of the film are out yet. The audience is excitedly looking forward to this upcoming comedy drama movie.
