Bhagwant Maan is the Chief Minister of Punjab and holds a position of high responsibility and respect. In July 2022, the new CM created headlines when he tied the nuptial knot. Bhagwant Maan married Dr. Gurpreet Kaur in a private and simple ceremony. The news about the marriage just broke one day before the wedding and created an immense buzz amongst the people of Punjab.

Yesterday on 7 July 2023, the couple completed one year of their marriage and celebrated this special occasion with a socio-politico-cultural evening party. This party, which was held last evening, was attended by many big celebrities and politicians.

Bhagwant Maan started as an artist in the entertainment field, and then later entered and aced the political alley. Many celebrities from the entertainment business, who are Bhagwant Maan’s friends from his days as an artist, attended the anniversary party. The Punjabi superstar Gippy Grewal attended the celebration with his full family.

Alongside celebrities, the event was graced by the presence of many big names from the political field. The party was attended by MLAs, Ministers and Members of Parliament. Many top leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party were also present at the grand celebration. AAP leader Raghav Chadha, who recently got engaged to Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra, was also one of the attendees.
