Diljit Dosanjh's Concert in India's Delhi: In a recent operation, Delhi Police arrested an individual suspected of selling counterfeit tickets for the much-anticipated concert of Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh, part of his 'Dil-Luminati Tour'. The Delhi concert has generated immense excitement, leading to tickets selling out almost instantly.
The arrested man allegedly sold fake tickets at exorbitant prices through social media platforms, with ticket prices ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 50,000. This incident comes just a month after the Delhi Police issued warnings regarding potential ticket scams, urging fans to exercise caution while purchasing tickets online.
As the concert day approaches, authorities are emphasizing the need for vigilance among concertgoers. The police continue to advise fans to be wary of resellers and to avoid clicking on unknown links that could lead to fraudulent purchases.
In a light-hearted social media post, the Delhi Police referenced Dosanjh’s popular song “Oh Paise Puse Baare Billo Soche Duniya” from his 'GOAT' album, humorously cautioning fans about the dangers of falling victim to scams.
With the concert drawing near, law enforcement is committed to ensuring that fans can enjoy the event without the fear of fraudulent activities, working diligently to maintain a safe environment for all attendees. Fans are reminded to purchase tickets only from verified sources to avoid the pitfalls of counterfeit scams.
