Gurnam Bhullar is slowly and gradually climbing up the ranks in the Punjabi music industry. With every new song, he is presenting a new side of his craft in front of the audiences. He has built a significant repertoire of single tracks in his limited career so far. The latest of them all, named 'Diamond', was released earlier this month.
The music video of the song was released on the official YouTube channel of Jass Records. At the time of writing this article, the song has received in excess of 5.5 million views and is trending at #3 on the same platform.
It would not be wrong to say that Bhullar is indeed shining like a diamond in Diamond. The song is likely to take the graph of his career away from its axes, something which he would have wanted since the beginning of his line of work. The song embraces various facets of a quintessential song at one time. All of them being in the required proportion is what has held this song together brilliantly.
The song is penned down by Vicky Dhaliwal. It is musically directed by Ikwinder Singh. The mixing and mastering has been done by B-Sanj. In what is a Jasvirpal Singh presentation, the song is produced by Jagjitpal Singh. Playing the female lead opposite Bhullar in the song is renowned Punjabi model, Roopi Gill. She has donned the typical-Punjabi-mutiyaar look with sheer elegance in the music video.
The video of the song is directed by none other than Sukh Sanghera, a prominent name in the field of direction in the Punjabi music industry. The name is enough to guess that the shoot must have happened abroad.
