Punjabi singers Diljit Dosanjh and Nimrat Khaira who have anticipated their audience for the upcoming film Jodi have teased their admirers once again. Yes, you read that right. A couple of months ago the makers have disclosed the release date of ‘Jodi’ and now the stars have shared the picture together along with music producer True Skool. 

As the main USP of the film, Jodi is its music and songs, fans are more excited after witnessing the post. They have bombarded the comment section of Nimrat Khaira’s post with their sweet and enthusiastic comments. Now, the picture totally hints that the film is at the post-production stage and the makers are gearing up for Jodi’s release. The film is slated to theatres on 5 May 2023. Take a look at the post:

Jodi, which is one of the much anticipated Punjabi productions, was written by Amberdeep Singh who has also delivered hit films like Lahoriye, Laung Laachi, Love Punjab and many more. Right from the start, it has been stirring up a lot of controversies. The movie was originally scheduled to be released in June of this year, but Covid-19 and lockdown regulations forced a postponement.

Meanwhile, two years ago, both Nimrat and Diljit collaborated on the song ‘What Ve’. It is a quirky yet romantic song and we can’t go without saying that the song garnered a lot of love and attention in no time.
