TV actress Hina Khan, best known for her roles in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Kasauti Zindagii Kay, is currently facing a challenging battle with stage three breast cancer. 

Despite her intense situation, her spirit is still unbroken as she continues to engage with her fans on Instagram, and share her health updates besides pictures, and videos.

In her latest post, Hina Khan shared a video which she captioned: "Don’t let anyone use you." This prompted curiosity among her fans about its context and intended message.

The video was originally posted by another page and then reshared by Hina Khan. It featured a speaker discussing the superficiality of certain expressions. 

He highlighted that phrases like "I love you" can sometimes be used casually or manipulatively, much like a simple greeting. The speaker emphasizes that such expressions may not always convey genuine feelings and may reflect a desire to exploit someone.

In the video, the speaker points out that, just as people can use "LOL" without actually laughing, they might say "I love you" without truly meaning it.
