Punjab Floods 2025: While Punjab has been dealing with one of the devastating floods in the history of the state, the entertainment industry has donned the characters of frontline workers as they are all working on the ground to help the flood victims. Be it singers, actors, or producers, all of them have put their feet on the ground to help people.
While Diljit Dosanjh has adopted 10 highly affected villages in collaboration with other NGOs and the local administration in Gurdaspur and Amritsar, Karan Aujla has deployed his team on the ground by donating several boats and other relief items.
Likewise, Diljit Dosanjh's team has also been working day and night to work with the people in this difficult time. Inderjit Nikku, Sunanda Sharma, Jass Bajwa, Jasbir Jassi, Resham Singh Anmol, and Sonia Maan, among other celebrities, have also been working on the ground and helping people to deal with the natural calamity.
On the other hand, Raj Kundra has announced that the first day collection of his film 'Mehar' would be donated to the Punjab flood relief. Likewise, Nimrat Khaira has announced that donate the earnings of her next film, which is soon starting its production, to the relief fund. Ranjit Bawa and Babbu Maan announced to donate the earnings of their one show each to the relief of flood victims. Sartaaj Foundation and Gippy Grewal have also shown up to help people who are forced to leave their homes.
From Bollywood, Sanjay Dutt, Kapil Sharma, and Sonu Sood have also taken the initiative and promised to be with Punjab and help the flood victims.
Punjabi Mania also stands united with Punjab and salutes all the celebrities who have expressed solidarity with the people of our state.
