Punjabi singer Garry Sandhu has voiced his disappointment after claiming that his upcoming music project, 'DND', was leaked online before it was ready for release. The singer shared his reaction through social media, saying the premature leak had affected months of planning and creative work.

According to Sandhu, the project was still being developed and several songs were yet to be finalised when the content allegedly surfaced on the internet. He said the album was never meant to be released in its unfinished form and described the incident as deeply upsetting.

Artist Opens Up About the Leak

In a video shared with his followers, Garry Sandhu explained that he had been working extensively on the album and hoped to surprise listeners with a polished final version. Instead, he claimed someone leaked the material before the production process was complete.

Expressing his frustration, the singer said the incident had spoiled the excitement surrounding the project and affected the effort put in by the entire team.

Performs an Unreleased Track for Fans

Despite his disappointment, Sandhu decided to connect with his audience by performing one of the songs that had not yet been officially released. The brief performance, shared through social media, quickly drew attention from fans, many of whom praised the track and extended their support to the singer.

His followers also urged him not to delay the official release of the album because of the leak.

Fresh Debate Over Music Piracy

The episode has once again drawn attention to the issue of piracy in the music industry. Unauthorised circulation of unreleased content continues to be a concern for musicians, as leaks can disrupt promotional strategies and impact commercial releases.

Many fans reacted by calling for stricter measures to protect artists' work and prevent unfinished projects from being distributed without permission.

While Garry Sandhu has not revealed whether the leak will alter the release plans for 'DND', he indicated that the album still has more music to offer than what has reportedly appeared online. His supporters now await an official update on when the completed project will finally be released.
