Punjabi superstar Gippy Grewal has given his fans a double dose of excitement just ahead of Diwali, announcing two major releases that promise entertainment and emotion in equal measure.
In a festive surprise, Gippy revealed that the much-anticipated “Carry On Jatta 4” will hit theatres on June 26, 2026. The film, a sequel to one of Punjab’s most successful comedy franchises, is expected to be a laughter-packed tribute to the late comedy legend Jaswinder Bhalla, who played a central role in the earlier films. His legacy will continue through this fourth installment, offering fans a nostalgic journey filled with both humor and heart.
Adding to the festive cheer, Gippy also confirmed that the second track from his hit album Desi Rockstar 3, titled “Jatt Anthem 2.0,” will be released on Diwali day. The song is expected to carry forward the bold, high-energy style Gippy is known for, catering to fans of Punjabi pop and bhangra beats.
A Diwali to Remember for Gippy Fans
The announcement comes at a time when anticipation around Gippy’s upcoming projects is already high. While Desi Rockstar 3 has been making waves in the Punjabi music industry, the Carry On Jatta franchise has consistently broken box office records and set comedy benchmarks in Punjabi cinema.
Fans flooded social media with messages of excitement after the announcement, with many calling it the "perfect Diwali gift" from their favorite star.
