Not all movies are only for entertainment, some movies not only provide mere entertainment to the audience but also fimiliarize them with history and give them life learning lessons. Jassi Channa directorial, Guru Da Banda is one such movie. Guru Da Banda , which is all set to hit the silver screen is the life story of the legendary Sikh hero Banda Singh Bahadar. Banda Singh Bahadar was a great Sikh warrior who was armed with the blessing and authority of Guru Gobind Singh and he had assembled a fighting force and led the struggle against the Mughal Empire.

Guru Da Banda is a 3D animated film and has been scheduled for release on 24 August 2018. The movie has been produced by Pritam Film Production and is being distributed by the Omjee group , who have recently been attached to projects like Vadhayiyaan Ji Vadhayiyaan and Harjeeta. Popular singer Daler Mehndi has given his voice to the title track of the movie.

This movie will be a treat for the children as it would excite and entertain them through the 3D animated visuals and also help them learn about their history and encourage them to adopt good principles in their life. Another such movie was Chaar Sahibzaade which had released a few years back and had done magic at the box office. The audience are expecting Guru Da Banda to match that level. So get ready to get a ride of the past on 24 August.
