High End Yaariyan Trailer Review: A middling tale of friendship
High End Yaariyan Trailer Review: Punjabi Mania presents before you full trailer review of upcoming Punjabi movie named ‘High End Yaariyan’.
In ‘High End Yaariyan’, the trailer of one of the most anticipated movies of 2019 released in the morning on the official YouTube channel of Speed Records. The reason behind the same is the movie coming from the hands of acclaimed director Pankaj Batra.
High End Yaariyan stars a trio of singer-turned-actors in Jassie Gill, Ranjit Bawa and Ninja. Having made her debut in the Punjabi industry in Mandeep Kumar’s ‘Ambarsariya‘, Navneet Kaur Dhillon will be seen making her comeback after three years. Aarushi Sharma, who will make her debut in Mandeep Benipal’s ‘Kaka Ji‘ next week, will also be seen in the movie alongside Muskan Sethi and Neet Kaur.
In what has come as a major surprise is the presence of a fourth singer-turned-actor in the movie in Gurnam Bhullar. Him making a debut in this movie was largely unanticipated.
The movie seems to be majorly based on the life of three friends (Gill, Bawa and Ninja) who live in England. Like most of the Indian citizens who migrate to a foreign country, these three also face the hardships. However, it is this bond of friendship which keeps them intact. Apart from friendship, the movie will also touch upon their respective love life.
Perhaps, it will be their love interests which will affect their friendship, as is partially visible in the trailer. Apart from the scenic locations, Bhullar’s debut and some peppy numbers, there is nothing much which has been revealed in the Trailer. Batra has been clever to have not revealed the plot of the film via its trailer.
Another high point of the trailer is that the film thankfully takes us out from those period drama films and villages and marriages and takes the viewers on a visual ride to the scenic beauty of United Kingdom. Considering the names involved in the film, a lot of expectations have been made from High End Yaariyan.
Omjee Group, an illustrious name in the Punjabi film industry, has been given the responsibility of distributing the movie worldwide on February 22.
