Gippy Grewal is once again geared up for an intense action drama film. The actor was last seen in the film Daaka, and won hearts with his strong and bold performance. Once again the actor will be seen in a film of a similar genre and the title of the movie is Ik Sandhu Hunda Si. The film is slated to release on 28 February 2020.

Set in the backdrop of a college drama and based on student politics, the film will reflect the dark side of university elections. The movie will have all the elements including romance, love, friendship and hatred. The film will be an intense drama packed with loads of action. The movie will exhibit that how choosing between love and friendship affects the life of the protagonist and will highlight the value of relationships and friendships in life.

The highlight of the film is that Bollywood actress Neha Sharma, will play the female lead opposite Gippy Grewal in the movie. Neha Sharma has acted in a dozen of Bolywood films and is known for her work in movies like Crook, Youngistaan, Yamla Pagla Deewana 2 and Kyaa Super Cool Hain Hum. The actress who has also done many Tamil, Malyalam and Telegu films, will make her Punjabi industry debut with this movie. Apart from Neha Sharma, the movie will also mark the debut of Vikramjit Singh Virk and the popular social worker Anmol Kwatra. Roshan Prince will also be seen playing a pivotal role in the film.

Made under the banner of Golden Bridge Films & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., the film has been produced by Bally Singh Kakkar. The movie has been directed by the Yaara Ve and Rang Punjab fame director- Rakesh Mehta and has been written by Jass Grewal. The trailer of the film is out and is extremely bold and powerful, and manages to give goosebumps to the viewers.
