Music enthusiasts in Indore are set for a high-energy evening as Punjabi singer Karan Aujla takes the stage for a much-anticipated live performance on Saturday. The concert, part of his multi-city “P-Pop Culture” tour, has already witnessed a complete sell-out, reflecting the massive buzz surrounding the event.
Aujla arrived in the city late Friday night and is scheduled to perform at the C21 Ground, marking his first live appearance in Indore. Organisers have prepared an elaborate setup, including a 120-foot stage equipped with advanced lighting, LED displays and a hydraulic platform for the artist’s grand entry.
The show is expected to run for around two hours and will feature a troupe of 22 dancers, adding to the visual appeal. Attendees will also be given LED wristbands designed to sync with the music, creating an immersive concert experience.
A specialised technical crew from Mumbai has been brought in to manage sound and lighting arrangements, while rehearsals and sound checks are planned ahead of the performance. A premium backstage facility with hotel-like amenities has also been arranged for the singer.
Ticket categories for the event ranged from high-end VIP passes to Gold and Silver sections, all of which were sold out well in advance. The overwhelming response highlights the growing popularity of Punjabi music beyond its traditional audience base.
Authorities have implemented extensive security measures to manage the large crowd. More than 300 personnel have been deployed at the venue, supported by CCTV monitoring. The site includes designated entry and exit points to ensure smooth movement of attendees.
In addition, organisers have set up food stalls and rest areas offering a variety of refreshments for visitors. With preparations complete and excitement at its peak, the city is bracing for one of its biggest musical nights in recent times.
