Jagjeet Sandhu is the rising star of the Punjabi industry. He has his roots from theatre and the talented artist has managed to make his feet strong in the Punjabi film industry. He has played many spectacular roles in celebrated films like Rupinder Gandhi Series, Dakuaan Da Munda, Rabb Da Radio, Qissa Punjab, Sajjan Singh Rangroot and many more and has proved himself with his brilliant acting in each of his films.

Jagjeet Sandhu is all set for his next project. The title of the film is Unni Ikki. Sawan Rupowali will play the lead opposite Jagjeet Sandhu in the film. Sawan Rupowali was previously seen in Hockey player’s biopic Harjeeta with Ammy Virk and also had a short stint in her first acting project Saab Bahadur.

The first look poster of the film is out. Other than the leading duo, the movie also stars Karamjit Anmol, Nirmal Rishi, Parkash Gadhu, Gurchet Chitarkar, Ravinder Mand, Lucky Dhaliwal and more in important roles.

The film is being made under the banner of Ghaint Singh Entertainment,  Running Break Productions & KP Motion Pictures and has been produced by Amandeep Singh Sandhu, Kaypee Gill, Navneet Singh, Abha Kathuria Kohli & Vipul Kamboj . Unni Ikki has been directed by Livtar Singh & Kaypee Gill. The movie is slated to release on September 6 this year.
