Kali Jotta: Neeru Bajwa, Satinder Sartaaj and Wamiqa Gabbi in Vijay Kumar Arora's next

Kali Jotta: The upcoming Punjabi movie will star three renowned names who will be working together for the first time in a Punjabi movie.

The actress-pair of Neeru Bajwa and Wamiqa Gabbi and singer-turned-actor Satinder Sartaaj will be working together for the first time in a Punjabi movie. Titled 'Kali Jotta', the movie has been announced a couple of hours ago on the various social media handles of these artists.

While the release date of Kali Jotta hasn't been revealed as of now, it will be produced under the banners of Neeru Bajwa Entertainment, U&I Films and VH Entertainment.

Director Vijay Kumar Arora, who had last directed the critically and commercially acclaimed ‘Guddiyan Patole‘ (2019), will be directing the movie. In addition to Kali Jotta, Arora has most recently worked with Bajwa in 'Paani Ch Madhaani'.

While the subject of the movie is difficult to guess as of now, the fact that aforementioned names will be working together is enough for fans to wait for Kali Jotta. With Beat Minister announced as the music director, expect his pairing with Sartaaj to make soulful songs in the movie.

At this point in time, the makers haven't announced the cast other than Bajwa, Gabbi and Sartaaj. Apart from Kali Jotta and Paani Ch Madhaani, Bajwa will also be seen in Amrit Raj Chadha's 'Beautiful Billo' and Maneesh Chandra Bhatt's 'Phatte Dinde Chakk Punjabi' once Punjabi movies start to release again.

As far as Gabbi is concerned, she also has a trio of unreleased movies to her name namely Jass Grewal's 'Kaun Aa Yaar..?', Sharan Art's 'Galwakdi' and Rakesh Dhawan's 'Hun Ni Mudde Yaar'.
