Comedian Kapil Sharma is taking his café brand international, opening a second Kap’s Cafe in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The new outlet, located in the Al Kifaf area, is set to welcome customers starting December 31, 2025, marking a major milestone in the brand’s global expansion.
The Dubai location was selected after careful scouting of more than 20 potential sites, finalized with the assistance of Kirpa Properties, reflecting a strategic approach to international growth.
Kap’s Cafe first debuted in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, on July 4, 2025, co-founded by Sharma and his wife, Ginni Chatrath. The café quickly gained attention for its pastel pink-and-white interiors, floral accents, and crystal chandeliers, offering visitors a blend of elegance and cozy charm.
Both the Canadian and Dubai outlets feature a signature menu combining specialty coffees and Indian-inspired delicacies. Guests can enjoy beverages like gur wali chai, masala tea, and matcha strawberry iced coffee, alongside treats such as pistachio croissants, lemon pistachio cake, and street-food favorites like Vada Pav.
The Dubai launch comes after a turbulent year for the Canadian café, which faced three separate shooting incidents between July and October 2025. Despite these challenges, the expansion demonstrates Sharma’s commitment to growing his hospitality venture on a global scale.
Kapil Sharma expressed enthusiasm about the new outlet, highlighting the brand’s aim to bring a unique café experience to international audiences while maintaining the warmth and charm that has become the hallmark of Kap’s Cafe.
