Known for his comedy, Kapil Sharma is a household name in India. Kapil, who has his roots from Punjab, is making a Punjabi Film under the banner of K9 Films Private Limited. The film is untitled yet and Vikram Grover is directing the film.

The film is being shot in two schedules. The first of which has been completed and the second schedule will be done later in August end. The film is about the bond between a father and a son. Gurpreet Ghuggi who has earlier done serious roles in Jatt James Bond and Ardaas, will be again seen in a serious role in this film. Along with him Kulraj Randhawa will be playing the female lead. The film will also have a cameo of Jimmy Sheirgill.

Kapil will be singing a song in the film which will be picturised on him, so will Gippy Grewal. Gippy’s song too would be picturised on him hiimself.

The film is expected to release in the end of 2016.
