Karan Aujla Drops New 5-Track EP ‘Aujla Szn 1’

Karan Aujla has added another project to his growing music catalogue with the release of ‘Aujla Szn 1’, a five-track EP created in collaboration with producer Mxrci. The project arrived on September 25, bringing together the Punjabi artist’s rap-heavy sound, sharp lyricism and high-energy production.

Rather than leaning heavily on conventional pop structures, the EP puts Aujla’s rap delivery at the centre. The songs carry an intense hip-hop character, with forceful beats and an attitude-driven approach that runs throughout the project.

Five Tracks Make Up the New EP

‘Aujla Szn 1’ features five songs, including a collaboration with rapper Azaad 4L.

The project sees Aujla and Mxrci building a sound around hard-hitting production and the singer-rapper’s distinctive vocal style.

Aujla Builds Anticipation With Immersive Delhi Experience

The EP’s release was preceded by an unusual promotional campaign in New Delhi. On September 22, Aujla unveiled an immersive physical art experience titled “Two EPs, One Room” at Select City Walk Mall in Saket.

The installation was designed by Aaquib Wani and was created to introduce audiences to the concept behind the two-part EP series before the music officially arrived.

Five Music Videos Accompany the Release

The launch has also been supported by an extensive visual campaign, with five music videos accompanying the EP. Some of the visuals were filmed in Jaipur, adding a cinematic layer to the rollout.

The strategy gives each song its own visual identity while turning the EP release into a broader multimedia presentation rather than a standalone music drop.

‘Aujla Szn 1’ Is Only the First Chapter

The newly released project is planned as the first half of a two-part series. A second instalment, ‘Aujla Szn 2’, is expected to continue the concept at a later stage.

For now, ‘Aujla Szn 1’ marks another rap-focused release from Aujla, with the artist combining aggressive bars, contemporary hip-hop production and a highly visual approach to promotion.

The EP is available across major streaming platforms, including Spotify and Apple Music.
