Punjabi singer Karan Aujla found himself in an unexpected moment during his ongoing Australian tour when a fan threw a jacket onto the stage during his performance in Adelaide.
Videos from the concert have surfaced on social media, showing Aujla continuing with his performance after picking up the jacket. However, once the song ended, the singer appeared visibly irritated by the incident and addressed the person responsible.
Aujla initially confronted the fan, challenging him to come forward rather than throwing things at him from the audience. The situation, however, did not escalate further. After the fan was identified, the singer asked him what he wanted and jokingly questioned whether he was "in love" with him, adding, "Tu pagal hai?"
Despite his initial reaction, Aujla soon softened his approach. Instead of simply handing the jacket back, he offered to sign it for the fan. He asked the audience member to give him the jacket and told him not to repeat the gesture.
The exchange quickly became one of the talking points from the Adelaide show, with clips of the incident circulating widely online. While the singer clearly appeared annoyed at first, his decision to turn the awkward moment into a fan interaction also caught attention.
Aujla's Adelaide performance came after a scheduling hiccup earlier in his Australian tour. His show in the city was originally planned for August 13 but had to be postponed after his visa did not arrive in time.
The singer is continuing his Australian tour and is scheduled to perform in Melbourne on August 18 and 19.
