Khadari Movie Review

Khadari takes the audience on a gripping journey through the life of Guru, brilliantly portrayed by Gurnam Bhullar. The latest release film paints a vivid picture of love, loyalty, and personal growth, leaving audiences inspired and moved. Stars Surbhi Jyoti, Kartar Cheema, and Gurnam Bhullar in pivotal roles, the film revolves around the life of Gurnam Bhullar whose urge is to become a police officer so that he can fulfill the dreams of his elder brother (Jelly) Kartar Cheema.

But how he met his lady love during his University days is a USP of this film. The film amazingly beautifully presents the value of friendship, the beauty of love and the passion of revenge. The film has not only one climax but multiple suspense. We won’t give you spoilers, but all we can say is that Khadari is a film which will surely stick you to your seats.

Dheeraj Kedarnath Rattan writes a film which shows all the emotions and gives you a coaster ride. And to add extra stars, director Manav Shah has interestingly presented everyone on the big screen. The compact screenplay makes the film more fascinating builds anticipation and drives the narrative’s resonance across a broad spectrum of viewers.

Gurnam Bhullar and Kartar Cheema who play the role of real brothers in the film have not only given us lessons of brotherhood, love and sacrifice. Their bond makes our eyes sob and gives us strength to live our dreams for each other. Gurnam not only portrays a great brother but also a lovable lover in the film Khadari.

Whereas Surbhi Jyoti who makes her debut in the Punjabi film Khadari rocks the screen with her Punjabi and acting skills. She portrays the role of Amrit whose focus is to win a gold medal in Kho-Kho but falls in love with Guru.

Further, other artists like Lakhwinder, Navdeep Kaler, Manjit Singh, Sanju Solanki, Dheeraj Kumar, and Rahul Jungral did commendable jobs and supported lead artists splendidly.

Speaking of the songs, the entire music album of Khadari adds a feel to the film, and they are all well-placed. Not only these few songs give us energy like ‘Daang Te Dera’ and ‘Khadari Title Track’. The film’s most impressive feature, however, is its breathtaking visuals, which are courtesy of Akashdeep Pandey’s stunning cinematography.

All in all, the breathtaking visuals in "Khadari" capture both the grandeur of college sporting events and the rural beauty of Punjab. It's a must-watch ‘Paisa Vasool’ film which will surely make your weekend much better.
