For Pollywood, this month was jam-packed with action, thrill and comic drama. A number of directors announced fresh release dates for existing films, while one of the most well-known figures in Punjabi cinema announced the debut of his new movie. Surprisingly, these new release dates imply that moviegoers won't have to wait much longer to see their favorite movie on a big screen.

And amid all this, a new Punjabi film has been announced and added its name to the list. Titled ‘Lambran Da Laana’ starring none other than Babbal Rai and Sara Gurpal. The two popular and most loved faces of the Punjabi industry have joined hands together. The upcoming film will be directed by Taj who has also helmed films like Painter, Ullu De Pathe, Television and more. 

Further, the shoot has been started and the team has shared a picture of a clapboard where you can witness the ‘Mahurat shot’. The other prominent details regarding the film have not been released, but from the location it has been seen that the film will be shot in a rural area.

Babbal Rai is spotted in a cheque shirt whereas Sara Gurpal is donning in white and red suit. The duo marks a fresh pair in the Punjabi industry which heightens interest in seeing them on film together. We hope the makers will reveal more information about Lambran Da Laana so we can learn when the forthcoming Punjabi movie will be released.
