Laung Laachi 2: Neeru Bajwa and Amberdeep Singh begin shooting for 'Laung Laachi 2'

Laung Laachi 2 shooting starts: The second part of 'Laung Laachi' franchise will release after more than four years.

Actors Neeru Bajwa and Amberdeep Singh have started shooting for 'Laung Laachi 2' four years after the first part had released worldwide. While the makers had hinted at a sequel during the climax of 'Laung Laachi' itself, it was announced officially a couple of years ago.

Amberdeep, who had directed the first part, will be doubling up as a director-actor in Laung Laachi 2  as well. Similarly, singer-actor-producer Ammy Virk will also be joining the shoot in the near future.

A pleasant surprise in terms of the cast of Laung Laachi 2 is the presence of veteran singers Amar Noorie and Jaswinder Brar. "All three my idols in one frame," read a caption of Amberdeep's story on Instagram with respect to Bajwa, Noorie and Brar starring in Laung Laachi 2.

For those who don't know, Laung Laachi 2 will release in cinema halls on August 19 this year. As things stand now, no other Punjabi movie is scheduled to release alongside Laung Laachi 2.
