The trailer of the much awaited film- Lekh is out and has taken the social media by a storm on the very first day of its release. ‘Lekh’ is a much speculated film which has been produced under the banner of White Hill Studios, and is all set to hit the big screens.

Lekh stars the ‘diamond’ artist of the Punjabi industry- Gurnam Bhullar, and the rising diva of Punjabi cinema-Tania, as the lead pair. Both the stars have worked together in Guddiyan Patole, but they will be seen as a lead romantic jodi for the first time in Lekh. 

The film has been directed by debutant director Manvir Brar, and ace film writer and director- Jagdeep Sidhu has written the story, screenplay and the dialogues of this romantic saga. Sidhu has worked with both Gurnam and Tania in his past projects. Both Gurnam Bhullar and Tania had made their Punjabi acting debuts in Jagdeep Sidhu’s directorial projects.

The trailer of the movie is beyond expectations. It gives a small insight into the storyline. The film will showcase a high school romance between Gurnam Bhullar’s character- Rajvir and Tania’s character- Ronak. The initial storyline of the movie, showcasing the innocent school love, is set around the year 2010. The story will further exhibit a separation of the lovers and will take a time leap.

The latter part of the film will show Gurnam Bhullar’s character in a sad light. In the second part it has been shown that how Gurnam’s character has not moved on from his first love, who is already married and settled else where. Eventually, the film will portray the reunion of both the lead characters in the most poetic manner.

The film will be a concoction of many emotions and will show love, separation and pain all on one screen. Gurnam Bhullar will be seen in a very different avatar in the second part of the movie. The versatile actor had gained a lot of weight and had undergone a major transformation to do justice to his character in the latter part of the movie. 

Both the actors look very cute in the school scenes of the trailer. The trailer also shows the emotional part of the story in a vivid manner. The trailer suggests that the film will portray a roller coaster ride of emotions.

The movie is all set to release on 1 April 2022. The first song of the film is out and has already managed to win the hearts of the audience. All the songs of the film are created by the magical duo- Jaani and B Praak. The trailer of the film has elevated the audience’s excitement for the upcoming release.
