Ranveer Allahbadia Controversy: After singer B Praak called out YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia and canceled his podcast appearance, Mika Singh has also joined the conversation, slamming Allahbadia and comedian Samay Raina for their controversial remarks on the show India’s Got Latent.

Mika Singh took to Instagram and shared a video in which he strongly criticized the offensive content and excessive profanity used on digital platforms. He called the episode "wahiyaat" (nonsense) and condemned the distasteful humor that targeted women.

Mika Calls Out Double Standards

In his video, Mika Singh pointed out the hypocrisy of authorities, questioning why singers like himself and Diljit Dosanjh receive legal notices for lyrics referencing alcohol, while YouTubers and comedians escape scrutiny for offensive content.

"When Diljit or I sing about alcohol, we immediately receive legal notices. But these so-called comedians go unnoticed? Isn't it your duty to take action? If you can issue notices to singers, why can’t you stop these clowns?" Mika said.

He further emphasized the need for stricter censorship on digital platforms and urged young audiences to consume and promote respectful content.

Ranveer Allahbadia’s Apology & Legal Trouble

YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia faced massive backlash after making an inappropriate remark about a contestant’s parents during an episode of India’s Got Latent. Following widespread criticism, he issued an apology, stating that comedy was not his forte and that it was a lapse in judgment.

However, the damage was already done, and an FIR was filed against him and other judges on the show. The controversial episode has since been taken down from YouTube.

With industry figures like B Praak and Mika Singh openly condemning the incident, the debate on digital content regulation and accountability continues to heat up.
