The film is focused on bringing about a new revolution in Punjab and then hopefully the rest of the nation will follow. This time we are not fighting a foreign invader but an evil within. It is a fight against drugs and alcohol abuse. The main protagonist of the film fights against big business and politicians, who run land mafias, drugs and alcohol mafias. He wants to start a new revolution to eradicate this menace from our society the same way his hero Bhagat Singh fought against the British to get rid of the shackles of colonial rule.
