Fresh Water Films & Acropolis Inc. Presentation, Punjabi movie ‘Yaar Mera Rab Warga’ is ready for release in September. The lead actors of the movie, Lakhwinder Singh and Neetu Singh reached PVR Elante Mall, Chandigarh to launch the first look and trailer of the film.

YMRW is a romantic saga of two friends and two lovers. Friends who worship each other like God. The lovers who admire and see ‘Rabb’ in each other. This is a story of Bhagat and Arman who are childhood friends, but when they reach their teens they part ways as Arman’s family moves to Canada. Arman leaves his good buddy Bhagat behind.

The star cast of the movie includes Gurmeet Chaudhry, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Lakhwinder Singh, Rana Ranbir and Neetu Singh.

Dinkar Kapur directs the film and music is given by Jatinder Shah. Producers are Rubina Baig, Junaid Memon and Jitendra Sekhon. The producer Junaid Memon is a well-informed corporate investor with a keen eye on bottom line making himself a market savvy producer. He has directed ‘The Film’ (Hindi, 1995) and a star studded Marathi movie. A keen observer and determined hard worker he has produced work of excellent quality one after another.

Famous TV artist and model, Gurmeet Chaudhary, is all set to woo his fans by entering into ever growing Punjabi film industry with this movie. Born in Chandigarh, Gurmeet played the role of Ram and Vishnu in the ‘Ramayan’ serial. He is currently being seen in Zee TV’s ‘Punarvivah’ as Yash Sindhia.
