Muklawa is very special for Ammy Virk

The Punjabi superstar, Ammy Virk has gone from strength to strength in this industry. No one knew that the young boy who started his career by recording a song Chandigarh Diyan Kudian with his friends, and posting it on YouTube, will become a music sensation one day and shine so bright in the Punjabi industry. The song gained popularity and was then properly released by a label, and it became Ammy’s debut poject in the industry, and after that there was no looking back for him in his music career. Known for his intense and strong vocals, the artist has nearly been there for a decade in the industry now, and has many singles and albums to his credit, and manages to blow away the audience, each time with his performance.

The acting career of the star started in the year 2015, when he bagged a small role in the Punjabi classic film Angrej, which starred Amrinder Gill and Sargun Mehta in the lead. Ammy gave a stupendous performance in the movie, and also won the best debut actor award for his role, and this film opened many doors for the artist, as he came into limelight, and started receiving acting offers. After Angrej in 2015, Ammy did three films in 2016, three in 2017, three more in 2018 and is ready to drop 3 more Punjabi films in 2019. His upcoming projects include Muklawa, Chhalle Mundiyaan and Nikka Zaildar 3. He has also already announced two films for 2020 including Sufna and Puaada. Apart from these Punjabi films, the actor will also be a part of two big Bollywood movies, 83 and Bhuj- The Pride Of India.

Ammy is currently gearing up for his upcoming release Muklawa and is actively promoting the film. In one of his interviews, Ammy said that Muklawa is very close to his heart and is a special film for him. Directed by Daddy Cool Munde Fool, Angrej, Mar Gaye Oye Loko and Nikka Zaildar Series fame director Simerjit Singh, this film has been made under the banner of White Hill Studios in association with the Grey Slate Pictures. This film is Ammy’s third film with the director and also his third movie with Sonam Bajwa, who will play the female lead opposite Ammy Virk in the movie. The movie is being bankrolled by Gunbir Singh Sidhu and Manmord Singh Sidhu and has been written by Raju Verma. The film will be released and distributed by the White Hill Studios worldwide on 24 May this year.

The makers have tried to make a different film to treat the fans with something new. The trailer and the songs of the film are getting a great response from the audience. The film will be a beautiful blend and concoction of romance, family drama and emotions.
