Muklawa Music Review: Punjabi Mania presents before you Full Music Review of upcoming Punjabi movie titled ‘Muklawa’.

It is amazing how illustrious production house White Hill Studios come up with uncommon strategies to build ballyhoo for their movies. With their next project titled ‘Muklawa’ set to release on May 24, White Hill have come with up with an interesting ploy regarding its music.

Having released the video of the first song named ‘Kala Suit‘ a few days ago, the makers made public the audio jukebox of the movie yesterday on their official YouTube channel – While Hill Music.

While it is an approach commonly followed in Bollywood, it is perhaps the first time someone has dared to release all the songs of a Punjabi movie in one go. In the general run of things, Punjabi movies thrive on their music. Therefore, it becomes necessary to release songs in the buildup to the release of the movie.

As unique as this development sounds, it will be intriguing to observe its aftermaths in the days to come. Till then, read below a brief description of Muklawa’s songs which have it in them to hold your attention throughout the next month.

Muklawa Music Review

Kala Suit

Having sung together for the first time in Amberdeep Singh’s ‘Laung Laachi‘ last year, the song witnesses Ammy Virk and Mannat Noor joining hands for yet another time. The song has been written by Harmanjeet and musically directed by Gurmeet Singh.

At the time of writing this article, the romantic track featuring Muklawa’s protagonists in Ammy Virk and Sonam Bajwa has received in vicinity of three million views.

Gulabi Paani

It is the second of the three songs sung by Virk and Noor in the movie. In what is another romantic song, a line of the song (sung by Virk) was used in the trailer as well.

Muklawa

As the name suggests, it is the title song of the movie. Sung by lyricist-turned-singer Happy Raikoti and Harpi Gill, it is another duet song in the movie. Given the convolution regarding the title of the movie (especially among the youth), the song has it in it to solve several questions with respect to the meaning of Muklawa.

Rabb Jaane

Rabb Jaane is a sad song sung by Kamal Khan in Muklawa. The lyrics of the song are evident of the fact that it will be played in the movie when the leading pair will be separated from each other due to some circumstances.

Jutti

In what is another duet song, Jutti is the third song in the movie sung by Virk and Noor. A duo singing three songs in one Punjabi movie is also a rarity in our industry. Jutti is an archetype duet song which sees the boy promising the girl regarding fulfilling all her wishes.

Boliyan

Much like a necessity in a periodic Punjabi movie, Boliyan is most likely to see the boy and the girl poking fun at each other during a gathering. In Muklawa, Mannat Noor and Minda have sung the Boliyan as far as the audio is concerned.

Dawayi

Dawayi is an atypical song in the movie sung by Karamjit Anmol, a track which encompasses the fun element. Also playing a vital part in the movie as Ammy Virk’s friend, it is expected that the song will play when both of them don a different makeover, a scene which is present in the trailer as well.

Ehnu Muklawa Aakhde

In what is the last song of the movie, the fourth duet song is sung by Sukhy Maan and Vijay Yamla. Much like the title track, Ehnu Muklawa Aakhde will also clear the air with respect to the title of the movie, albeit in a very different music and taste.
