After making Short Films like Nooran, Kamdi Deori and Daughter of the Bin, Navtej Sandhu is back with another short film, Bakaya (The Balance). Based on a story by Jaswant Singh Virdi, the film is produced by Himanshu Wadhwa. The film features all the actors who are from theatre background. Director Navtej Sandhu, who has got critical acclaim for his earlier work said that this film is dedicated to all the mothers all around the world.

The shooting of the short film has been completed  in Amritsar on February 25, 2015 and Navtej Sandhu has big plans for the World Premier of this short film. The film has been dedicated to the God’s most pious creation: Mother.
